Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all games published by Three Cats Software, LLC (“we,” “us”) on the Apple App Store.

The short version

Our games do not collect, store, or share any personal information. We don’t have accounts, we don’t run analytics or advertising, and we don’t track you.

Data we collect

None. Our games do not send any personal data, usage data, identifiers, or diagnostics to us or to any third party.

Data stored on your device

Game progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, some games may sync that data through your private iCloud account, which is handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We cannot access it.

Game Center

Some games may offer Apple Game Center features such as leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is provided and operated by Apple; any information it uses is handled under Apple’s Privacy Policy, and we do not receive your personal information through it.

Third parties

Our games do not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share data with anyone.

Crash reports

If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports. These do not identify you and are used only to fix bugs.

Children

Because we collect no data, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
